Shipping & Delivery

Golders Games offers a variety of shipping options. We aim to dispatch any orders within 2 working day of receiving the order. Golders Games does not offer international shipping. 

Please note that all our delivery times are only guidelines and are not 100% guaranteed due to certain factors which are outside of our control. If something happens which is outside of our control and/or affects the estimated date of delivery, we will endeavour to inform you of the revised estimated date of delivery. 

Golders Games offers free local delivery to London NW4 and London NW11. There is also a free click & collect option.  Please call/WhatsApp us on 07967191822 or email us goldersgames@gmail.com for this option.

If you have placed an order for collection, you must provide a valid ID and the order confirmation at time of collection. We reserve the right to refuse collection if these details are not provided. If an order is not collected within 7 days of the order being placed and we have not received any communcation from you confirming a reasonable reason for a delay in collection, the order will be cancelled and a full refund processed. 

For shipping to the rest of the UK:

There will be a flat fee of £7.50 for standard shipping per order. 

We aim to dispatch any orders within 2 working day of receiving the order. Smaller orders will usually be sent via Royal Mail. Larger orders will generally be sent via DPD. 

Standard shipping is within 2 - 4 working days. Delivery is Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. We will make every effort to deliver all your items together but in some cases your order may arrive in separate parcels. 

Delivery Failure

If you fail to accept delivery of your order and the goods are returned to us, we will contact you upon receipt and a refund minus shipping costs will be processed within 14 days. If you would still like to receive the goods, you will be charged an additional shipping fee for the second delivery. 

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure there is someone available at the delivery address to sign for the parcel. If no one is present, the courier may deliver the goods to a neighbour and leave a card to advise where this parcel has been left. Alternatively, the parcel can be left in a safe location upon request. 

If a parcel is showing as being delivered but you are claiming non receipt of a parcel, please contact Customer Services directly through our website. Notification of such failures must be made within 2 working days from parcel being marked as delivered. Please allow 3-5 working days from date of notifying us to allow us to investigate with the courier provider before declaring the goods as lost. We reserve the right to resend the item as opposed to issuing a refund. If a refund is applied and the goods are later located then we reserve the right to place a debit for these goods unless you return them to us. Failure to raise a initial query within this timeframe may result in failure to investigate with our couriers and redress may not be offered.

Out of Stock Items

Usually everything displayed on our website is available for immediate dispatch. In the unlikely event that any ordered goods are out of stock, we reserve the right to cancel your order. You will receive an email notification of any order cancellation confirming that any pre-authorisation has been released or payment refunded as relevant. 

Delivery Timeframes

It is our objective to achieve on time delivery on all orders. We monitor our delivery partners and our experience is that delivery is successful within the chosen delivery time period in 99% of cases.

We use a number of third party courier service providers and on occasion human error may cause a package to be misdirected or delayed. Once despatched, the on time delivery of a package is the responsibility of the relevant courier company and Golders Games cannot be held responsible for a package not reaching its destination on time.
