Unwanted Items

If you change your mind about your purchases, simply return your unwanted goods within 14 days of receipt. Please ensure the items are unused, unopened and in its original condition and packaging. If items are damaged or returned to us otherwise than as per our stated requirements, we reserve the right to refuse a refund. 

All returns must be accompanied by a valid Golders Games receipt, or for online order returns, your order confirmation email. 

You will be liable for the cost of returning the goods to us. 

Once the unwanted items have been received back, they will be checked and granted if meets our returns policy, we will then process a refund for the items. We aim to process all refunds as quickly as possible but please allow up to 14 working days. All refunds will be made back to the original payment method that was used to purchase the item. 


Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect items

We strive to ensure that you receive your purchases in perfect condition. In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty item, you have 14 days from receipt to inform us of the fault and a further 14 days to return the item to us. Please contact us via email on goldersgames@gmail.com with pictures showing the damage or fault and we will advise how to return the items to us. 

Upon receipt of the returned item, we will inspect the goods and if confirmed faulty, we may offer a replacement, repair or refund depending on stock availability. 

If the item is not deemed faulty following inspection, then we will be unable to offer a refund or replacement, and a reason will be provided. If the customer would like us to return the inspected goods at this stage, it will be at the customer's cost.
